Now that I have the mango itch addition AGAIN, I have been watching the past month Plus again. I Finally picked up an Orange Sherbet mango tree here in Tempe, AZ. Hope it performs well here. It apparently has LESS of the disease issues that the related Lemon Zest has--though we have less humidity here... Hope it performs ok in our drier climate !

I have a lancentila tree and it has 3 huge mangos on it. One is getting those sap beads now. It also had 3 mangos last year that fell off on there own. Wernt very tasty and hoping this year they taste better. Do you have any knowledge or videos on the Lancentillia? Excuse me if Im spelling it wrong. Thanks

I have never seen or heard of a multi-trunk pejibaye palm. There are now lots of very good spineless varieties. If you let a heart of palm palm grow instead of cutting it down for the heart of palm, I guess then you'd have a multi-trunk pejibaye palm. Not sure how well they would produce. Not rare in Costa Rica.

Didn't really help with the flavor description at all 😢 and everyone saying "really nice mango." As someone who enjoys almost every single mango variety "really nice mango" is a pretty bad description. They all basically described mangoes in general.

Just tried one that was picked a couple of days ago… refreshingly delicious and sweet, and a bit fibrous, but not so much that it ruined the tasting experience.
